Basic Machine

• Base made of Cast Iron for better vibration dampening and rigidity
• All slides and work head housing are made up of GG 25 graded cast iron. All castings are stress relieved and seasoned. Guide way seating areas are scraped accurately
• Fitted with imported linear bearings (LM Guides) for effortless free movement and to achieve accuracy
• Ground ball screws for all slides for precise positioning
• Both wheel head and Work head spindles are driven by a fixed speed AC induction motor
• Operating electrical Panel is mounted directly on the machine at a convenient place of operation
• Fixed position orientation pin for 90 degree and cup wheel dressing for quick setup
• Frequency drive for Dressing wheel to control the RPM
• Special transparent dust collection chute to avoid dust falling on the bottom light source
