• V2 ADVANCED Maxima Linear is a 5 axes machine configured with Tubular type Linear Motors for X & Z Axes. The machine comes with linear glass scales with 0.0001 mm resolution.
• Direct Drive Torque Motor for tool swiveling axis A and C which delivers high level of absolute accuracy with zero backlash.
• Twin spindle high precision tools grinding machine .This machine is optimized for grinding diameter range from 2mm to 20mm solid carbide tools.
• GDS Clamping system with Very high concentricity and repeatability, runout under 0.002 mm at 2½ x D. Suitable for both high production and regrinding.
• All 3 linear Axes X, Y, Z are satellite type elevated and isolated from Coolant Area.
